« The Old Spaghetti Factory (1 of 2) » Challenge: Transplant a beloved local landmark from a declining downtown neighborhood to a thriving northern retail area. Solution: N-T reused many of the familiar decorative elements including a railroad car, wall hangings, bar and bar stools. The new facade was aged using stain to recreate an older appearance, while hiding modern seismic and engineering elements in keeping with it's traditional appearance. |
