« Shaw/Maroa Shopping Center Challenge: Construct a small shopping center on an extremely small lot while still creating a feeling of adequate size and appearance. Solution: N-T worked with the architect and suggested a lower overall roof-line to give the illusion of a bigger facility. Horizontal architectural features further add to the elongated look. The logistics of working on a small site were improved by establishing an off site parking and staging zone.
