Our organization was founded in 1979. A great business mind and a talented builder teamed up to be part of the emerging commercial building industry in Central California. With ethics and enthusiasm, the Nolan-Thomas founders succeeded and the organization is still going strong after more than a quarter of a century.

In addition to skill, talent, and a commitment to quality, we believe a constructive attitude sets us apart. Complex construction projects involve many people with different agendas and frames of reference. As the builder, we see our role as the constructive contributor. We use our expertise, our years of experience, our superior systems, our instincts, and our drive to deliver the best quality work we can produce, but, we don't stop there.
